Projects

Take a look through some of our past and present projects. These are photos from our archives and represent the projects in real time. Not staged or professionally decorated. Many of my clients want to do some of the finish work themselves and I am happy to share in as much or as little of the punch list as desired by the client. You are the boss. I take your directive and create within a framework of your desires using my expertise and knowledge. I am understanding and cooperative if ultimately our visions do not align.  That does not mean I am passive. I will give my opinion and my reasons without hesitation while also respecting yours.

Garland Way
Kitchen remodel

We improved an outdated secluded 70's kitchen into a modern open-concept family kitchen that will stand the test of time. The style is transitional to blend the rest of the home seamlessly. We also changed out the doors on this floor to the dark wood to keep the style continuity throughout. The bamboo floors are a bright, contrasting and inviting foundation for it all.

Previously just a coat closet, the mudroom space was co-opted from the garage! With a family of 5 with pets there was a great need for gear storage and just a general apparel drop spot. This is a fully custom build. The entry floor was redone with heated flooring to dry the winter snows that get traipsed in!

Parker Kitchen
Kitchen floor and Cabinets

Full Kitchen renovation. First thing was to move the fridge and open the walkway to the dining room. Then we crafted a large island with storage on both sides as well a small seating area on the back. I designed  a small coffee bar area into the pantry wall and we optimized function and optimized attraction. The two tones of cabinetry add depth and interest to this medium sized kitchen.

Master Bath Remodel

Tuscan Eclectic Spa (yah, we made that up...)

This was a master bathroom remodel. The jacuzzi tub was removed and the entrance to the shower shifted to the center of the room. The shower was exposed more to the natural light and has clear glass to allow that light to come throughout the whole room. We preserved the full wall vanity and had it painted. The floors are a travertine laid in a Versailles pattern .

There are many textures and a subtle color palette with soft dusk purple in the tub area. The home owner made the mirrors and an appliance cabinet for the counter and is working on a bench and corner cabinet for near the door.

Master Bath Remodel- *Design Layout Only*

Master Bath Redesign included opening up a toilet room with tub shower combo and creating more closet space in the process. I went through three different possible layouts while trying to keep some of the plumbing fixtures in place.
